Refund policy
MISSING, INCORRECT, OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive your order and it has been damaged during shipment, the goods you received does not match your order, or there is anything missing from your order, email us at support@accelpay.io within 7 days of the date the product was delivered (or scheduled to be). Please include a description of the damages or missing items and include pictures. We will replace the product or issue a credit.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You can request a cancellation or refund up until your product has shipped. Once your product has been delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer any refunds. If you are unhappy with the product or have any other concerns you can always reach out to support@accelpay.i
